Now a new collector's book just published, The British 1888 Bayonet Blade. This volume follows the development and Service issue of the first truly modern British bayonet and the rifles it was made for.
75 pages with illustrations of the bayonets, scabbards and frogs in full colour, plus contemporary images of them in use.
A review: I should have had this book long ago, it would have saved me a lot of grief. A must have for this pattern bayonet collector.
